A Sayre man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself on the porch of an Elk City home.

The man was also in violation of a protective order filed against him in June.

According to a probable cause affidavit, 36-year-old Bradley Allen Roseberry was arrested on October 2 in Elk City after witnesses tell police the man was seen exposing himself on the porch of a home in the 100 block of Shell Ave.

Court records would revel that a protective order against Roseberry was filed in Beckham County District Court on June 9 and according to the affidavit, Roseberry was to to remain away from the residence on Shell Ave.

Court records would also show that the defendant was charged with domestic assault and battery by strangulation on June 13 in Beckham County.

This time, Roseberry was charged with indecent exposure and violation of a protective order.

Bond was set at $10,000.
