WTC Announces Nursing Program Graduates

It was announced recently that local students have completed the Practical Nursing Program at the Western Technology Center’s main campus in Burns Flat.

It was the school’s 50th class that saw the students complete the 15-month training program.

Among the twenty students that completed the program, nine students were honored with memberships in the National Technical Honor Society. Those students were Crystal Ammon and Michelle Peckham of Elk City, Alicia Howell and Rylee Zimms of Sayre, Natalie Perez of Clinton, and Alexis Snethen of Sentinel.

Other western Oklahoma graduates included Camila Hernandez, Rebecca McKenzie, and Haylee Morris of Elk City, Jolie Baker of Cheyenne, and Erica Stewart of Cordell.
