Stolen Vehicle From OKC Hotel Found in Clinton – Anadarko Man Charged

An Anadarko man recently released from prison in Oklahoma City was charged in Custer County recently after being found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle from Oklahoma County.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the vehicle was taken from a downtown hotel after being parked by a valet service.

Court records show that on June 1, 23-year-old Isaiah Ronald Westelline was arrested by Clinton Police after officers were dispatched to Riverside Golf Course in Clinton in reference to to a larceny case.

When they arrived, they were told that Westelline had allegedly stolen money from the pro shop’s cash register. During an investigation, Westelline was found in a vehicle that was registered to someone else.

While speaking with police, it was discovered that the defendant had recently been released from jail in Oklahoma City, him and an acquaintance walked to a downtown hotel, took keys from the valet box and allegedly stole the vehicle.

The two were traveling to Amarillo and had stopped in Clinton at a local casino. Westelline had allegedly made his way to the golf course where he allegedly committed the crime.

Westelline was charged with, among other things, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property.

Bond was set at $20,000.
