The water line replacement project along Elk City’s Main Street is officially complete.
City Manager Tom Ivester says the project also included a 60” drainage pipe along Broadway Avenue that feeds Elk Creek.
Ivester said the next major project for Main Street is the Oklahoma Department of Transportation coming in and re-doing the road from 3rd Street to 7th Street.
He said that project is slated to start sometime early next year. He also added there is no timetable as to how long that project could take.
