UPDATE: Clinton Man Receives 2nd Sexual Assault Charge

An update on a story from last week that involved a Clinton man charged with sexual assault.

According to court filings 32-year-old Jerron Keith Warden received a second sexual assault charge in Custer County District Court for an incident that he was involved in, in June.

According to the probable cause affidavit on that case, Warden allegedly inappropriately touched a 16-year-old female while she slept.

The affidavit stated that she awoke during the alleged assault and yelled for her father who was in the home and had ran Warden off.

At the time, police were unable to locate Warden however was located and arrested on August 18th.

Between then and the first assault, Warden has also been accused of sexually assaulting a woman outside of a church.

His first court date is scheduled for September 22.
