A single vehicle accident that has claimed the life of a Blair man remains under investigation.
According to a collision report provided by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred shortly after 5 p.m. Monday on a county road in Jackson County, 4 miles east and 1 mile north of Blair.
OHP said that’s where 46-year-old Jake Holsey wrecked the 2001 Ford F150 he was driving.
He was pronounced deceased on the scene.
There were no passengers in the vehicle and no other vehicles were involved.
