A Colorado man was arrested recently after an investigation revealed that the man along with an accomplice allegedly stole multiple items from multiple Walmarts across several states, including the store in Elk City.

Court documents show the duo allegedly stole a little over $54,000 worth of products from the stores.

Court records show 26-year-old Noah Mastroianna of Aurora, Colorado was arrested and charged in Beckham County with one felony count of larceny of merchandise from a retailer after allegedly taking multiple items from the Elk City Walmart last month.

A probable cause affidavit said that the store’s loss prevention officer reviewed security footage of the suspect along with an unidentified female suspect committing the crime.

The officer said the suspect even successfully gained access to the store’s gun case but was not seen taking any items from it.

The document showed that the woman would conceal items inside a cooler, and then only pay for the cooler.

A court date for Mastroianna is pending.
