A Clinton woman was arrested and charged recently with possession of a stolen vehicle and actual physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of illegal drugs.

According to a probable cause affidavit 42-year-old Shaina Marie Lyons was arrested at a truck stop east of Clinton off on I-40 when the Oklahoma Highway Patrol was made aware of a possible drunk driver on the interstate.

Troopers were also advised that the vehicle was reported stolen.

OHP was able to locate the vehicle, a pickup with various tools attached to the back, at the truck stop where they found the suspect attempting to put gas into the truck.

After failing a field sobriety test, Lyons was placed under arrest and transported to the Custer County Jail.
