The final week of high school football regular season is here, and the Elk City Elks have their playoff aspirations in sight. With a 4-5 overall record and a 3-3 standing in Class 4A’s District 1, Elk City needs a win against the Woodward Boomers tonight to clinch the 4th and final playoff spot. Woodward, with a 1-8 record, would love to spoil the Elks’ hopes.

Congratulations to the Sweetwater boys cross country team on winning the Class A State Championship! Team members Levi Akemon, Tristan Billingsley, Blake Laster, Jude Lunsford, Austin Megli, and Kolyn Odom brought home the title for Sweetwater.

College Football: OU and OSU Look for Road Wins
