Current Clinton Public Schools ag teacher Rick Dillinger is facing alleged felony embezzlement charges after being arrested this weekend, according to the Elk City Police Department.

Dillinger, who previously was the ag teacher for Elk City Public Schools, is accused of embezzlement of a trailer valued at $10,000 allegedly belonging to ECPS during his time as an ag instructor at the school district.

ECPD officials said Dillinger was placed under arrest after a search warrant was conducted at his home, and that charges stem from December 2023.

A representative from the Beckham County Jail said Dillinger had posted bond of $5,000 Saturday, Dec. 21, and was not currently being held at the facility.

Dillinger just completed his first semester as ag instructor with Clinton Public Schools.

This is an ongoing investigation.
