Megan Moroney’s smash hit “Tennessee Orange” has made it to No. 1 on country radio, the first #1 single for the breakout star. Tennessee Orange, first released last September, is off Megan’s debut album Lucky. Megan shared the happy news on social media, tweeting: THANK YOU COUNTRY RADIO 😭🧡😭🧡😭

Tennessee Orange ‘tells the story of a love so strong it leads her to defy her loyalty to her home team’. Within just five days of its premiere, the song became a viral sensation and quickly surpassed a million streams, thrusting the 25-year-old Megan into the country music spotlight. Tennessee Orange first shot to No. 30 on the Billboard Hot 100 and cracked the Top 10 on Billboard’s Country Airplay and Hot Country Songs charts. Moroney later released her first LP, Lucky, to critical acclaim.

Moroney just wrapped up her spring tour as support for Brooks & Dunn.  Next, she’ll kick off her headlining The Lucky Tour , making her New York City debut at The Bowery Ballroom on September 20th and also stopping at major cities and iconic venues including Chicago, Los Angeles, New Braunfels, TX, and more.
