Beckham County, OK – The filing period for municipal office candidates in Beckham and Custer Counties opens on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. and will close on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Declarations of Candidacy must be submitted to the respective County Election Board during this time.

Candidates in Custer County must meet residency requirements, including living in the municipality (and ward, where applicable) for at least six months prior to filing. Contests of Candidacy
Contests of Candidacy must be filed by February 7, 2025. These can only be initiated by other candidates for the same office unless the candidate is unopposed.
