Custer County, OK – A Clinton man is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges after a traffic stop led to a significant drug bust in Custer County.
Bradley Allen Cometsevah, 46, has been charged with aggravated trafficking of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also faces a misdemeanor charge for driving with a canceled or suspended license.
The charges stem from a February 10, 2025, traffic stop in Weatherford, where police pulled over a black Lincoln with a defective license plate light. According to the affidavit of probable cause, Cometsevah was found to have an active arrest warrant, leading to a vehicle search.

The presence of more than 1,000 fentanyl pills contributed to the aggravated trafficking charge, which carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.
Criminal History and Court Proceedings
Court records indicate Cometsevah has previous convictions for possession of controlled substances. Prosecutors have filed supplemental information to enhance penalties due to his past felony convictions.
A $150,000 bond has been set for Cometsevah, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 28, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
