Dispute Leads to Shooting in Beckham Co.

Beckham County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a shooting at a marijuana grow house over the weekend.

According to Beckham County Sheriff Derek Manning, the incident took place Saturday night at a facility located between Elk City and Sayre when he says the tenant of the grow house got into a dispute with the owner of the building.

Manning said the suspect was arrested without incident and that his name has not been released. Charges are pending.
