Smoke from a grass fire is to blame for a four vehicle pile up on Interstate 40 near Sayre Friday afternoon.

According to the collision report provided by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 2:21p.m. in the eastbound lanes near mile marker 25 when a 2019 Ford F-350 slowed down while driving through smoke blowing across the road due to a nearby grass fire.
