An Elk City man already in jail after receiving multiple burglary charges has had additional charges levied against him.

According to court records, along with the previous charges, 34-year-old Bryan Lee Pfeil has now been charged with 2nd degree burglary, attempted burglary in the 2nd degree and possession of burglary tools after the alleged victim reported the suspected crime to Elk City Police on July 6.

A probable cause affidavit showed that the victim had security cameras at his home and they allegedly caught Pfeil using a crow bar to enter into the property.

Due to Pfeil’s history, police were able to identify the defendant in the video.

Police would later obtain and serve a search warrant at Pfeil’s home where they would find and recover stolen items.

Pfeil is the suspect in multiple burglary cases that include stealing and selling firearms illegally.

Bond for Pfeil has now been set at $100,000.
