Governor Stitt Appoints Donna Dirickson as District Judge for Oklahoma’s Second Judicial District

In an official announcement on Friday, Governor Stitt appointed Donna Dirickson as the district judge for Oklahoma’s Second Judicial District.

Oklahoma’s Second Judicial District encompasses Beckham, Custer, Roger Mills, and Washita counties.

Dirickson holds a bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Her career highlights include receiving the Oklahoma Bar Association President’s Award and being named the OBA Family Law Judge of the Year. She also founded the Family Recovery Court program, which supports families facing substance abuse challenges.

Beyond her judicial work, Dirickson is actively involved in her community. She volunteers at the local food bank, teaches a women’s Bible study, and enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.
