Sayre Woman Charged With Felony After Allegedly Selling Meth

A Sayre woman has been charged after allegedly selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant who was cooperating with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.

According to court records, 44-year-old Alicia Jean Kennedy was charged with one felony count of trafficking in illegal drugs after allegedly selling the individual methamphetamine that weighed a little over 124 grams.

A probable cause affidavit stated that the incident took place in March at a storage facility in Sayre and that Kennedy allegedly accepted $1,100 in exchange for the illegal substance.

Bond for Kennedy was set at $100,000.

Her first court date is pending.
