The District II Drug Task Force announces the sale of weapons seized in joint investigations involving agencies across the Second Judicial District of Oklahoma. These weapons were seized as a result of investigations and forfeitures were awarded by a Judge allowing the Drug Task Force to dispose of these weapons at public auction. The proceeds from the sale will support the ongoing drug enforcement efforts by agencies throughout the 2nd Judicial District. The following weapons will be sold online at:

Beginning Saturday, September 9th at 8:00 a.m. This is a public on-line auction and will last for 10 days. The auction will begin closing at 6:00 pm, Tuesday, September 19th, utilizing a 3-minute soft close format. A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price plus 9.5% Oklahoma tax unless the buyer has a current tax exemption permit. Shipping is available for an additional price. Once the on-line auction begins, photos of all guns, knives, ammo and etc. will be on the on-line auction site. Auction items consist of approximately: 67 rifles, 56 shotguns, 104 handguns, assorted firearm accessories (scopes, holsters, cases, etc), assorted ammunition, assorted knives/swords, assorted hunting bows, etc.
