A Mangum man was hospitalized Sunday after being involved in a single vehicle accident in Greer County.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident occurred Sunday afternoon on a county road a half mile east of Mangum when, for an unknown reason, the 2020 Chevy Malibu driven by 49-year-old Ronnie L. Webb departed the road to the left before impacting a concrete culvert under a private drive.

OHP said Webb had to be extricated by crews with the Mangum Fire Department and Granite Fire Department before being transported to Mangum Regional Hospital where he was admitted in fair condition with possible head and trunk internal injuries.
