Wheeler County Search Warrants Lead to Multiple Arrests

It was announced in a press release recently that Wheeler County, Texas Deputies executed multiple search warrants on multiple properties in Shamrock. Wheeler County Deputies had been actively investigating multiple burglaries and thefts that had taken place in southern Wheeler County.

As a result of the search warrants, Deputies were able to locate and return stolen items from multiple thefts back to their rightful owners. Authorities said Deputies recovered over $20,000.00 in tools that have been returned to the owner resulting in a burglary of a home in Shamrock. Deputies also located narcotics as a result of the search warrants. The press release stated that the Texas Department of Public Safety and Wheeler County Constable Precinct 2 assisted with the search warrants, and that five subjects have been arrested and charged so far as a result of the investigation.

Authorities said those arrested included Gaspar Arriaga Junior, Anthony Mata, Freedom Hill, Willie Willis Stowe all of Shamrock, Texas, and Juliana Steen of Amarillo, Texas.

All are facing multiple drug and burglary charges as it relates to the case.
