SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL PLAYOFFS
The OSSAA announced this morning that the high school basketball playoff schedule will be changing a bit due to the winter weather across the state. Class 2A-A-B Regional Tournaments were supposed to start tomorrow. They have been moved back a day to start on Friday. Game times and locations will remain the same. The tournaments will just be postponed by a day. Instead of the normal Thursday-Friday-Saturday Regional Tournaments, it will be changed to a Friday-Saturday-Monday schedule.
COLLEGE HOOPS
The Oklahoma Sooners hit the road last night in search of a win to snap a 4 game SEC losing streak. OU took a 4-0 lead, and that’s as good as it got. Florida led 46-24 at halftime and cruised to a 85-63 win over the Sooners. Freshman Jeremiah Fears had 22 in the loss for Oklahoma. Last night was the first on a 5 game streak against ranked opponents. By the time the 5th game is played, OU will have played 10 of their last 11 against top 25 squads. The Sooners fall to 16-10, 3-10 in the league with Miss St in Norman this weekend.
Oklahoma St’s at home in Big 12 action tonight with UCF in town. Admission is free to tonight’s game that tips at 8 so there’s still time to brave the cold and make the trip to STilly for Big 12 hoops action. Oklahoma St comes into the game tonight with a 12-13 overall record, 4-10 in the league. UCF is 13-12, also 4-10 in big 12 play.

Once again the Class 2A-A-B Regional basketball tournaments have been postponed by a day. Instead of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, they will all be played on Friday, Saturday, and Monday.
